    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for work as a Sales Manager

    【Job description】
    - Develop short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s direction.
    - Analyze market trends, competitors, and logistics developments to propose growth solutions.
    - Manage overall logistics business activities (freight forwarding, multimodal transport, warehousing, etc.).
    - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners; ensure revenue, profit, and market share targets.
    - Recruit, train, and manage the Sales team; set KPIs and evaluate performance.
    - Coordinate with internal departments (Ops, Logistics, ACC…) to enhance service quality and customer experience
    - Control business expenses, optimize budget usage, and improve operational efficiency.
    - Prepare periodic business reports and propose improvements to the Board of Directors
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or Business Administration.
    - At least 10 years of experience in a leadership/managerial position. (Logistics industry experience is preferred)
    - Having FIATA or IATA certifications
    - Good command of English in a business context.
    - CRM knowledge: Strong understanding of the importance and operation of a Customer Relationship Management system
