    【Job Summary】
    - The position is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, operating company’s hedge accounting framework in alignment with IFRS 9/IAS 39.

    【Job Descriptions】(details)
    1. System & Process Development.
    - Design hedge accounting workflows, policies, and internal controls aligned with IFRS 9/IAS 39.
    - Support the development, testing and implementation of hedge accounting modules in system.
    - Other duties assigned by Management.
    2. Operational hedge accounting system phase
    - Manage and monitor physical commodity contracts, including purchase contracts, sales contracts, fixation mechanisms, terminal months, and delivery terms.
    - Responsible for tracking, recording, and managing commodity futures contracts from execution to daily
    margining, revaluation, roll-over, and maturity/settlement.
    - Match hedged items with hedging instruments, ensuring alignment between physical exposures (inventory, physical contracts) and futures positions designated under Fair Value Hedge accounting.
    - Perform monthly hedge accounting entries, including fair value adjustments against stocks and physical contracts.
    - Work closely with SCM department (Supply Chain Management) to understand hedging strategies and ensure timely and accurate accounting for transactions.
    - Enhance and improve the efficiency of operating the Hedge Accounting system.
    - Prepare documentation and analysis for auditors, management, and internal stakeholders related to hedging activities.
    - Other duties assigned by Management.

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field
    - Minimum 3-5 years of specialized experience in Financial Accounting, Auditing, Derivative Accounting, or Risk Management
    - IFRS knowledge is a must
    - Strong theoretical knowledge of Hedge Accounting, both Fair Value Hedges and Cash Flow Hedges.
    - Knowledge of commodity markets, specifically coffee price risk, and how to transact on commodity futures markets.
    - Experience in development, implementation, or enhancement of Hedge Accounting system.
    - Practical experience in applying Hedge Accounting (Fair Value).
    - English: Upper Intermediate level

    - Ability to build and operate complex valuation/hedge effectiveness testing models in Excel or specialized system.
    - Analytical thinking, documentation skills, communication, cross-functional collaboration.
    - Team management skills.
