  【Job Summary】
  As Manufacturing Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the factory's operational excellence, managing day-to-day production, ensuring quality, improving productivity, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will lead a team of local operators and engineers, while liaising with the Japanese headquarters and other global sites to align production planning, quality standards, and long-term growth strategies.

  - Machining Program Development
  - Create and optimize NC programs for CNC lathes and machining centers
  - Develop efficient machining programs using CAD/CAM systems
  - Improve existing programs to reduce machining time and production costs
  - Design programs for new products and prototypes
  - Technical Guidance & Training
  - Provide training and guidance to operators on machine operation and machining techniques
  - Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  - Mentor and develop junior engineers
  - Promote safety compliance and enhance quality awareness among team members
  - Production Preparation & Setup
  - Plan and execute machine setup changes based on product specifications
  - Select, install, and adjust fixtures and cutting tools
  - Conduct first-article inspections and optimize machining conditions
  - Improve productivity by reducing setup time
  - Tooling & Machining Technology Management
  - Select and manage cutting tools suitable for machining conditions
  - Collect and analyze tool-life data to support preventive maintenance
  - Evaluate and consider the introduction of new tools and technologies
  - Machining Technology Development & Improvement
  - Establish machining methods for difficult-to-cut materials and complex geometries
  - Improve machining accuracy and reduce defect rates through technical enhancements
  - Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues in the production process
  - Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to improve process capability
  - Manage production processes and monitor progress based on production plans
  - Coordinate with the maintenance department to promote preventive maintenance
  - Analyze quality data and propose improvement actions
  - Support compliance with ISO and other quality management systems
