  - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  - Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development or related software engineering roles.
  - Proficient in at least one backend programming language: Java, C#, Node.js, or Python.
  - Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: OOP, SOLID principles, Clean Code, DRY, IoC, and design patterns (MVC, DDD, TDD).
  - Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and caching tools such as Redis.
  - Familiarity with designing and implementing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
  - Experienced with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
  - Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and setting up CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
  - Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  - Fluent in English (Intermediate Level)

  - GPA: 2.8/4.0 or above.
  - Over 6 years of practical software development experience, especially in backend systems.
  - Experience in full-stack or frontend development.
  - Experience working with distributed data systems or technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ.
