  【Job Summary】
  As a QC Staff member at a dynamic technology trading and engineering solutions company,
  You will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and consistency across a wide range of industrial components from high-flex cables and connectors to power supplies and automation systems.
  Working closely with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams, you will implement quality checks, monitor non-conformances, and help maintain high standards that align with industry 4.0 and customer expectations.
  Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the company’s reputation in the regional market.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Conduct incoming inspections of components and products.
  (e.g., cables, connectors, power supplies, industrial automation parts) for quality, dimensions, and conformance with specifications)
  -Perform in-process quality checks during assembly, packaging, or preparation for customer delivery.
  -Document inspection results, non-conformities, test data, and maintain sample logs.
  -Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to address quality issues, provide feedback, and initiate corrective actions.
  -Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, including root cause analysis and trend tracking.
  -Assist in internal and external audits (e.g., ISO or customer audits), including preparation of documentation and records.
  -Participate in periodic quality control meetings; present findings and propose improvements.
  -Maintain and calibrate QC equipment, ensure testing tools are available and functional.
  -Foster a culture of quality awareness across production and logistics teams.
