    【Job Summary】
    - The responsibility is to take ownership of all quality control activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet company standards.

    【Job description】
    - Define testing process, design test scripts, and execute testing.
    - Experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports.
    - Identify and report defects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives.
    -Analyze quality metrics, drive continuous process improvements, and provide detailed reports on testing progress, defect trends, and overall product quality.
    - Conduct training to team members and act as a mentor and guide for QC engineers on the team.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    - At least 3 years in a senior role in QC or Testing.
    - Japanese language proficiency at the N2 level
    - English Intermediate - spoken, listening, and written.
    - Expertise in testing methodologies and solid understanding of quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density) and how to apply them.
    - Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive measures.
    - Clear and concise communicator, with the ability to present testing progress, defect reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders effectively.

    <PREFER>
    - Having experience as a leader
    - Having knowledge or experience about embedded devices
    - Working experience with Japanese clients
    - Relevant technology certifications
