  1. Legal
  - Review residential potential projects.
  - Analyze the legal documents and legal process of the projects.
  - Liaise with authorities in solving project issues.
  - Collaborate with internal departments for project status updating.
  - Conduct research and prepare reports on regulation.
  - Prepare submission for legal permits.
  - Find the potential projects.
  2. Investment
  - Provide feasibility study and financial module for projects.
  - Monitor and follow the overall investment structure of real estate.
  3. Others
  - Assist Manager/Director closely with daily operation, including translating and interpreting with local authorities, landlords, etc.
  - Other tasks assigned by Manager/Director.
