    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for managing and coordinating all technical operations related to the powder coating line process.

    【Job description】(details)
    - Conduct experiments, optimize, and design processing procedures for components using powder coating line equipment.
    - Address technical issues arising during production and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure schedule and product quality.
    - Plan and perform regular maintenance of machinery and equipment, while managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
    - Apply CAD/CAM software for technical design and transfer data to the production system.
    - Participate in process improvement activities based on Lean, 5S, and Kaizen principles to enhance productivity and quality.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
    - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, or industrial coating.
    - Proficient in technical standards, mechanical drawings, production processes, and product quality control.
    - Knowledge of powder coating technology.
    - Familiar with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc

    <PREFERS>
    - Experience implementing ISO standards, 5S, Lean, or Kaizen in manufacturing environments.
    - Technical communication skills in English or Japanese are an advantage
