  -Liaising directly with authorities to follow up the project legal process (1/2000 zoning principle investment approval, land handover decision, 1/500 detail plan, infrastructure connection, basic design, construction permit, etc), checking the regulations and negotiating the process.
  -Relationship building with the authorities.
  -Study and report on relevant property/investment regulations
  -Analyzing the regulations and finding solutions to the problems.
  -Understanding the project legally and doing due diligence on potential projects.
  -Drafting the letters/documents to be submitted to the authority.
  -Managing the legal documents.
  -Estimating the project timeline.
  -Other works assigned by the legal manager.
