  - Create new operations and improve internal operations.
  - Conduct and organize administrative duties.
  - Monitoring company expense
  - Insurance procedure for employee
  - Control expenses and do timely payment for items assigned;
  - Visa application for Japanese staff
  - Salary calculation
  - Manage attendance record
  ・Interpretation
  - Interpret between Japanese and Vietnamese.
  ・Emergency Duties: Perform nursing duties when necessary.
