    - Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
    - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements in compliance with local tax laws and international accounting standards.
    - Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.
    - Supervise and train the accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
    - Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management.
    - Identify and mitigate financial risks, optimize costs, and improve overall financial performance.
    - Prepare periodic reports, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights for business decision-making.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <REQUIRED>
    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial..
    - Having at least 4-5 years at the same position in large-scale foreigner trading companies or Manage level at accounting & auditting firm.
    - Having experience in making IFRS report.
    - Having Chief Accountant Certificate.
    - Strong knowledge of multi-industry accounting
    - English: Advanced Level
    - Strong communication skills (frequent interactions with multiple internal and external departments)

    <PREFERRED>
    - Having experience in an accounting and tax, audit consulting firm.
    - Having CPA, CTA, ACCA... certificate.
