    - Responsible for customer care and receiving visitors
    - Market research and investment promotion

    【Job description】(details)
    - Provide consultation and support on procedures for establishing new companies in Vietnam for investors and enterprises leasing land and factories in Long Duc Industrial Park and Long Duc 3.
    - Receive and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Research and provide information as requested by customers.
    - Provide consultation and support to tenants on other matters such as: construction permits, environmental certificates, land use rights and ownership
    certificates, work permits, etc. (within the possible scope)
    - Welcome and accompany potential clients during their visit to Long Duc & Long Duc 3 Industrial Parks
    - To study and update Vietnam's investment circumstances and the matter related to attracting potential tenants such as tax, labor, and relevant law, etc accordingly
    - Organize events, conferences, and investment seminars to promote the industrial park and connect with businesses
    - Develop promotional materials (brochures, videos, PR articles, company profile, etc.) to introduce Long Duc & Long Duc 3 industrial parks.

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Good communication in Japanese (from N2 Intermediate level) and English (Upper Intermediate level)
    - Experience working with Japanese client

    <PREFER>
    - Preference will be given to candidates who are Japanese or have lived and worked in Japan
    - Previously worked in the industrial park sector

    <SKILLS>
    - Communication skills, negotiation, partnership with investors and manufacturing enterprises
