  One of our clients, which is servicing amusement shops, is now looking for the business development assistant manager.
  
  [Key Responsibility]
  - Expanding new shop location and getting the contract from a building owner
  - Getting the contract for new amusement shops.
  
  [Job detail]
  - Do planning for developing business project of amusement park yearly
  - Searching for leased premises for new project
  - Negotiate the conditions of premise leasing contract;
  - Do planning, set up new amusement park
  - Do maintenance, renovation, renew the exist playground store business development according to instruction of superior
  ‐ Possibility to hire staff in the future, and management will be done at that time
