  - To manage Quality control Dept (workers + Vietnamese employee)
  - Develop methods to check the quality of mechanical products of the factory
  - Handle complaints and respond to customers' issues that related to mechanical product quality
  - Provide solutions to improve factory quality
  - Synthesize and analyze quality reports weekly/monthly
  - Manage company ISO system
  - Other work as assigned by Manager
