  1. Daily Tasks
  - Build and maintain strong & trustworthy relationships with customers
  - Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
  - Receive new requests from customers and submit competitive quotations (prices & services)
  - Develop a thorough understanding of customers' supply chain and requirements
  - Analyze and identify upcoming current customers' needs and expand our business opportunities
  - Negotiate with shipping lines and obtain competitive rates
  
  2. Customer Development
  - Receive quotation inquiries or RFQs from BOD or overseas partners and propose competitive solutions
  - Play an integral part in keeping newly obtained customers in long-lasting relationships
  
  3. Responsibility
  - Ensure to bring good customer service, satisfaction & appreciation to clients/agents/partners.
  - Improve yourself to be more professional staff by taking more internal training, daily coaching within the team, be able to handle both sea/air import & export
  - Ensure the exact general SOP & SOP for each customer, follow import-export regulations
  - Responsible for payment exactly, pay compensation if your own mistakes.
  - Person in charge of controlling and solving any complaint from customers.
  - Ensure your work runs well and have a good teamwork, back-up, and rotation without any complaints from B.O.M / colleagues/customers/agents/partners.
  - Co-operate/support more closely with other departments (sales, acct, agency, HAN branch, and particularly with ops team)
