  【Job description】
  - Tops, shirt Merchandiser for Japanese Market.
  - Manage from sample making to production control.
  - Translate the instruction of direction written in JP into VN and order it to the Vietnam factory side.
  - Dealing with Japanese clients by phone, email.
  - Sales order management to the factory.
  - Leadtime management and Quality control with the factory side.
  - Taking care of all the production processes.
  - Troubleshooting.
  - Visit the factory 2 - 3 times / a week.
  - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
