    One of our Japanese clients, which provides Real estate services and manages land project development, is now looking for Sales and Marketing research.
    This position is expected to properly understand the landed and condominium market, sales, and marketing process in our project with local partners and report effective analysis internally.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Collect information from several sources (partner staff, agents, market report, sales staff in sales galleries, customers, etc.), and analyze VLTH and condominium market (area, product specification, pricing, customer profile/behavior/preference, etc.) and then effectively report the analysis internally.
    -Visit sales galleries for major projects by other developers, talk with sales agents to collect information, analyze the product (area, product specification, pricing, target customers, etc.), and report the situation internally
    -Visit development sites for major VLTH/condominium future projects by other developers and report the situation internally
    -Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings, take meeting minutes, and translate documents from Vietnamese to English
    -Other relevant tasks on request

    【What they are looking for】
    （Must）
    -University graduate
    -English: Upper-Intermediate
    -At least 4-8 years of experience in the sales process and marketing activities (advertisement etc.) in condominium and landed projects based on actual local practice and legal compliance in Hanoi or HCMC
    -Experience with actual sales in Villa/Town House (VLTH) and condominium projects in Hanoi or HCMC in Japanese or MNC firms.

    (Ability and knowledge they want)
    -Ability to collect information from several sources (partner staff, agents, market report, sales staff in sales galleries, customers, etc.), analyze condominium and VLTH market (area, product specification, pricing, customer profile, etc.), and then effectively report the analysis internally.
    -Ability to collect information about legal matters, laws, and regulations for the real estate market, as well as related fields like banks’ policies, etc.
    -Knowledge about customers’ preferences and actions, such as loans and sales before delivery
    -Strong interest in the condominium market in Hanoi and HCMC
