    - Responsible for managing 4 members in Hanoi and expanding the sales market in Hanoi area
    - Manage the order budget to hit the Hanoi branches target
    - Maintain existing client and finding new clients to expand the business
    - Report to Japanese Director if have any problem
    - Received instruction from Director in HCM and tell it to to the Hanoi members
    - Solve the problem if other members have got any problem
    - Make sure the schedule of Engineer
    - Other tasks as assigned by the company
