  - Responsible for managubf all the processes at the assembly lines in the factory (motor)
  - Make a list of workers
  - Check the technical skill of workers
  - Issue certificate (Welding certificate) to workers
  - Supervising the welding process in the factory
  - Improve all the welding conditions (Temperature, resin, lead vapors, soldering odor, soldering tools, tools, methods)
  - Analyze and improve welding processes
  - Analyze the cause of welding ailure
  - Set the welding criteria and standards
  (Including conditions of materials, temperature, welding tip, change of welding schedule, methods of managing welding tools)
  - Training welding skill to workers
  - Maintain compliance with operating standards, technical standards of welding process
