  • 仕事内容

    1/ [Process customer PO]
    + Receive PO from Sales
    + Re-check PO information and fill in ETA ( To request factory )
    + Get signature from SM -> Send to Factory
    + Create PO on Advance system from April / 2019
    + Getting spec from factory and consult sales to confirm spec with customer / factory before production
    + Create stock list for factory to produce in advance
    + Check AR before arrange shipping with factory.
    2/ [ Update Customer Master - open new customer ]
    '+ Received Customer Information form Sales -> Update [ Customer Master File ]
    ' + Open new customer account: Create Customer number, Finish request document from customer
    + Create Customer sheet, invoice number, account in RVN system
    3/ [Make Sales Contract & General Contract]
    + Make Sales Contract & General Contract & rebate agreement
    + Send hard copy to customer
    + Send hard copy to ACC dept.
    4/ [sample stock controlling ]
    + Check stock inventory / months.
    + send sample to customer ask request from sales team
    + refill sample when running out of stock
    + check sample status and update result (get from sales team)
    5/ [Update Sales KPI & sales budget ]
    + Update prospect & sales budget
    6/ [Filling document ]
    + Collect and filling Contract , rebate document
    ' + support sales to finish internal document as SCM request : calculation price,
    '+ Support sales to finish Original document to send to customer as customer request : DR, PO …( hard copy with signature)
    7/[ Sales Prospect ]
    + Prepare sales forecast by revenue / item
    + Update prospect to sales forecast (from sales)
    8/[ Account Receivable]
    + Update AR from Accounting and remind customers/ sales overdue.
    + Follow payment schedule of customer with Accounting to ensure timely payment from customers.
    9/[ Filing related document onto server]
    + Filing spec , item list of each customers
    + Create purchasing history to forecast / making supply chain
    + Renew contract, annex
    + Prepare rebate program and check result / Consult sales to inform rebate amount to close at year end
