  Work in start up company
  
  <Staff position's task>
  - Support senior director according below task
  
  <Manager Position's task>
  - To be the center of factory side
  - Handle the product from 'Put into stock' to 'shipment'
  - Get and manage order from head office in Japan, and ship the product
  (Order is mainly from Japan, but also there is Vietnamese client, Chinese client and Taiwanese client)
  - Plan the process of production and plan shipment cooperating with factory side and 'Purchase' department
