  - Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools. Has the ability to work with minimal supervision
  - Works with other engineering/toolmakers on regular basis. Working with customers on a daily basis - good people skills required.
  - Confer with engineering, marketing, production, or sales department, or with customers to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products.
