■Job summaryAs a Senior Architect at a global architecture, planning & engineering firm, you will lead complex architectural design and delivery projects across a variety of sectors (commercial, institutional, cultural, urban & residential). You will work across all phases from concept & schematic design through construction documentation, coordination, and site monitoring.You will manage and mentor a design team, liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring that design vision, quality, sustainability, and budget & schedule targets are met.You will also contribute to business development (proposals, presentations), help refine practice-wide design standards, and drive innovation & best practice, especially in digital design, BIM, sustainability, and integrated workflows.■Job description(details)- The successful Candidate will be expected to work as an Architect (and as an Urban Designer when required) in support of company.- Attend and facilitate presentations, workshops, and project meetings.- Support business development efforts, including attending meetings with potential clients, listening to new project briefs, preparing proposals, observing/analyzing project sites and buildings, etc.- Support project design management, from concept design through authorship supervision.- Liaise with owners, consultants and contractors, work with consultants, furniture dealers, product representatives, and fabricators to meet project objectives.- Direct and/or cooperate with project team members to develop design ideas and solutions for assigned projects.- Coordinate efforts with related local authorities and member departments.- Other related salary.■Company/Job Attraction- Parent company is one of the world’s largest architectural design firms, and a perennial winner of prestigious global awards for design and engineering prowess.- There is study tour in Japan.

Responsibilities; • To check shop drawing.• To visualize design ideas in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and/or other suitable media.• Work collaboratively with our team in the execution of tenancy coordination in through all stages of a project.• Architecture Designer must be able to do coordination with all relevant parties, understanding all interior drawings, technical drawings, construction drawings, submission (Authority drawings), to have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical system• To make presentations and hold coordination meetings with clients and other consultants.• To maintain connection with government and local (general) contractor• Review of drawings submitted by Tenant• Working closely with tenants during the project. To contact, explain, and instruct tenants to follow the regulations and standards of the landlord• To hold the meeting with tenants and related parties to solve the issue if any.• Conduct inspection together with Mall management teams, tenants and advise for any defects or items to be rectified• Preparation of all documents including application form, schedule, check-sheet,report form.
