【Job Summary】- Responsible for work as a Deputy Accounting Manager. - Assist in managing all activities of the accounting department.- Assign personnel to support other departments.- Propose improvements to the accounting department’s system and suggest improvements for the company.【Job description】- Understand regulations and prepare reports related to the State Bank regarding the use of foreign bank loans, including short-term and medium-term loans.- Prepare financial reports and monthly, annual management reports as assigned by the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors.- Be familiar with tax inspection procedures, tax finalization, VAT refunds, import tax refunds, and profit repatriation, and carry out these procedures with relevant authorities.- Supervise and inspect accounting activities to detect any violations of accounting-statistical laws and financial regulations, reporting to the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors.- Assist the Chief Accountant in organizing and managing all accounting and import-export operations. Establish and maintain an accounting system that accurately and promptly records all economic transactions.- Check the validity and accuracy of payment documents, price quotations, purchase orders, and monitor revenue and expenditure according to the Chief Accountant’s authorization.- Assign personnel to support other departments on tasks related to the accounting department.- Participate in regular department meetings, inter-departmental meetings, and specialized or urgent meetings to address accounting and financial issues.- Propose improvements to professionalize the accounting department’s operations, enhance skills, and improve working methods effectively and scientifically.- Work with external agencies to resolve financial management issues as assigned by the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors.- Assist the Chief Accountant in financial planning to ensure sufficient funds for the company’s production and business activities.- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors.【Company/Job Attraction】- Full benefits package- Big opportunity to work in a large corporation, nice background for future career path
