【Job Summary】Seeking an experienced and dynamic Architecture Department Manager to lead and grow our architecture team. As the Architecture Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and planning operations within a major Japanese construction-affiliated company. You will guide a team of architects, designers and technical staff to deliver high-quality design solutions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. In your role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders (estimation, construction, project management) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
