【Job description】1. Project Preparation & Coordination:- Conduct project kickoffs within the Production Design System (PDS).- Perform BOM (Bill of Materials) and allocation checks.- Prepare and manage materials for production, including consumables and internal materials (e.g., tray, carrier, magazine).- Collect Station, glue, stage time information and send to IT team for maintain the SFC system.- Create CPF file according to process flow.- Coordinate the customs registration application process.2. Build and Production Tracking:- Create and track work orders (WO).- Release Special Working Flow Requests (SWR).- Coordinate and follow up on the SMT, FOL and EOL builds.- Conduct morning meetings to track progress and discuss issues.- Track and provide updates on build status (SMT, FOL, EOL).- Address and resolve build issues, provide feedback, and report on I/O (Input/Output) issues.5. Shipping and Logistics:- Shipment lot summaries.- Arrange and manage shipment logistics.- Update ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), and tracking numbers in the system.- Coordinate shipping samples selection and preparation of shipping labels.- Ensure timely material requisition and delivery for different needs (e.g., DOE, FA).6. You will collaborate closely with production engineers, quality assurance teams and maintenance staff to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational stability.
