Hỗ trợ giai đoạn EPC- Phối hợp với nhà thầu EPC tại công trường; theo dõi tiến độ lắp đặt và thi công- Rà soát thiết kế kỹ thuật từ góc độ vận hành; xác định khoảng cách giữa thiết kế và thực tế vận hành- Tham gia chuẩn bị chạy thử để đảm bảo bàn giao suôn sẻ sang giai đoạn vận hành2. Chạy thử.- Chủ trì chạy thử cơ sở băm gỗ; điều chỉnh vận hành theo đặc tính nguyên liệu (vỏ cây, phế liệu veneer, v.v.).- Xử lý các sự cố khởi động bao gồm tắc nghẽn, lỗi băng tải và phân bố kích thước mảnh gỗ.- Phối hợp xử lý kỹ thuật với nhà thầu EPC trong suốt giai đoạn chạy thử.3. Vận hành nhà máy & Bảo trì- Vận hành và bảo trì cơ sở băm gỗ (~100 t/h); đảm bảo sản lượng ổn định khoảng 1.600 t/ngày.- Xây dựng hệ thống bảo trì phòng ngừa; xác định điểm nghẽn và cải thiện hiệu quả vận hành.4. Nguyên liệu, Bãi chứa & Hậu cần.- Quản lý tiếp nhận, dỡ hàng, tồn kho và vận hành bãi chứa; tối ưu hóa theo đặc tính nguyên liệu.- Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp và đơn vị logistics để đảm bảo cung cấp nguyên liệu liên tục.5. Kiểm soát chất lượng.- Quản lý các thông số chất lượng chính — độ ẩm, nhiệt trị, kích thước mảnh; giám sát quy trình lấy mẫu và phântích.- Điều tra sai lệch chất lượng, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và thực hiện biện pháp khắc phục.6. Quản lý nhân sự & Phối hợp đối ngoại.- Quản lý và lựa chọn đội ngũ vận hành và nhà thầu phụ (ví dụ: các công ty Vận hành bảo trì); phân công rõ vai tròvà trách nhiệm.7. An toàn & Tuân thủ môi trường.- Thực thi tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động; triển khai các biện pháp phòng cháy và kiểm soát bụi.- Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định môi trường của Việt Nam áp dụng cho cơ sở.8. Báo cáo & Cải tiến liên tục.- Lập báo cáo vận hành hàng ngày, hàng tuần và hàng tháng cho ban quản lý.- Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các sự cố vận hành; lãnh đạo và thúc đẩy các sáng kiến cải tiến liên tục tại côngtrường.
