  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading Japanese manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Executive to handle core financial operations in Ha Nam. The selected candidate will manage daily accounting, tax compliance, auditing, and payroll processing.   ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Prepare, track, and verify accounting documents including bank transactions, cash flow, payment transfers, and accounts payable or receivable
  -Input financial data accurately into the company's accounting software
  -Store accounting documents securely in compliance with company regulations and tax laws
  -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports along with variance analysis
  -Assist in implementing and reviewing accounting policies and procedures
  -Liaise with banks, customers, and suppliers regarding accounting matters
  -Assist the Japanese manager in preparing consolidated financial reports
  -Prepare tax declarations and finalizations for VAT, FCT, PIT, and CIT accurately and on time
  -Execute tax payments within prescribed due dates
  -Coordinate with tax authorities during tax inspections or issue resolutions
  -Work with external auditors on annual financial reports and transfer pricing documentation
  -Calculate and process monthly employee salaries and payments
  -Calculate and process social insurance contributions
  -Other related duties as assigned
