  <Job Summary>
  You will be primarily responsible for financial management while overseeing general project management, including sales and marketing control, for residential real estate development projects (for-sale condominiums) targeting end-user demand in Vietnam. Joining the local entity of a major Japanese railway and real estate developer, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of project-related activities, centering on financial analysis and marketing oversight.

  - Primary focus on financial operations: managing income/expense plans, financial analysis, cash flow, and budget control for assigned real estate development projects.
  - Managing and overseeing sales and marketing operations to support project performance and revenue targets.
  - Handling overall project management tasks, including coordinating with Joint Venture (JV) partners, internal stakeholders, and local licensing procedures.
  - Conducting market research and data analysis to drive sales strategies and future project planning.
