  1. Manager
  - Overall management of Sales departments
  - Set and manage sales targets based on the company's management strategy
  - Obtaining regular reports from sales manager and reporting regularly to the GM
  - Training of subordinates, maintenance of motivation, mental care, etc.
  - Risk management
  - Grasping the Vietnamese market and developing new customers
  2. Sales activities
  - Sales activities to customers (mainly development Japanese market, communicate with Vietnamese key person)
  - Analysis necessary for sales activities, preparation of materials, and proposals to customers
  - Creation and management of sales plans
  - Management of sales forecasts
  - Response to customers including complaints
  - Other tasks assigned by Manager
