  A leading Japanese provider of specialized optical technologies and advanced equipment is expanding its operations in Vietnam. To support key semiconductor clients in northern industrial regions, the firm is strengthening its technical troubleshooting infrastructure and is seeking a Senior Field Maintenance Engineer to lead complex equipment diagnostics and high-level technical issue resolution. This position involves close collaboration with international technology partners and global engineering support teams across regions, offering an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a prestigious high-tech manufacturer pioneering cutting-edge digital lithography devices.
  
  <Responsibilities>
  - Lead advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for specialized semiconductor and exposure equipment
  - Provide high-level technical resolution for complex machine failures at key customer manufacturing facilities
  - Execute complex installation, setup, and precision adjustments inside cleanroom environments
  - Perform technical evaluations and root-cause analysis on sophisticated digital lithography systems
  - Collaborate directly with overseas engineering teams and international equipment partners on advanced technical issues
  - Participate in technical discussions and complex trouble ticket escalations in English
  - Conduct technical training and provide logical troubleshooting guidance to junior field service engineers
  - Manage technical documentation, diagnostic reports, and operational escalation logs in English
  - Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless execution of technical maintenance schedules
  - Recommend technical solutions and machine optimizations to reduce operational downtime
  - Monitor machine stability metrics and oversee preventive maintenance protocols for high-tech systems
  - Travel to customer factory locations in northern industrial zones for urgent technical support
  - Provide feedback to regional technical heads to improve field service quality and procedures
  - Stay updated on advanced semiconductor exposure technologies and equipment modifications
