【Job Summary】
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing, quality control, and team management at our District 7 facility. This position replaces a long-standing manager and serves as a key leadership role to modernize operations, streamline workflow, and foster positive team communication.
【Job Details】
- Daily production and assembly management
- Quality control and production volume management
- Providing work instructions and managing staff allocations
- Product/Item Handled: 20 varieties of eggplant (agricultural produce)
- Team Managed: 6 staff members and more than 100 workers

资格
任职资格
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience in production management and quality control, excluding food processing plants, including those for frozen foods, fresh foods, confectionery, and marine products, except for beverage plants
- Experience managing a team of approximately 100 people
<Prefer>
- Having experience working at a Japanese company
- Japanese N2 intermediate英文
