  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a highly capable Factory Interpreter & Translator to support our plant operations and executive management team in Hung Yen.
  The ideal candidate will serve as a vital communication bridge between Japanese technical experts, local operators, and external clients during factory audits and key operational meetings.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Interpret accurately between Japanese engineers and local factory operators during daily production activities.
  -Provide professional interpretation for Japanese clients and auditors during factory visits and quality audits.
  -Translate internal announcements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical drawings, and quality reports.
  -Review and refine machine-translated technical documents to ensure 90-95%+ accuracy in industry terminology.
  -Assist with general administration (GA) tasks and support factory management documentation.
  -Facilitate smooth communication between local supervisors and Japanese management.
  -Coordinate operational data input and maintain administrative records for production management.
  -Support site implementation of 5S activities, 4M change control, and QA/QC quality control processes.
  -Liaise with local external vendors and contractors as directed by management.
  -Other related tasks.
