  【Job Summary】
  The company is a well-established Japanese-affiliated manufacturing organization in Vietnam known for its high-quality production standards. They are currently looking for a skilled Mold Maintenance Engineer to join their growing production team to support increasing technical demands.
  The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical duties below supervisor level, focusing on mold assembly, routine maintenance, and complete overhauls. This role requires an individual who has concrete on-site experience and can smoothly communicate within the local team in Vietnamese.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Perform routine maintenance and inspection on manufacturing molds.
  - Conduct complete overhaul of molds to ensure optimal production quality.
  - Disassemble complex mold components safely for detailed cleaning and inspection.
  - Reassemble molds accurately according to technical guidelines.
  - Troubleshoot and repair mold defects or mechanical malfunctions on-site.
  - Support the assembly line during mold installation and adjustment processes.
  - Monitor mold performance conditions and report structural issues to the supervisor.
  - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following 5S standards.
  - Collaborate with the local production team to minimize factory downtime.
  - Other related tasks.
