  - Preparing new product certification documents
  - Measuring, analyzing, and evaluating defective products (including products with process issues and returned products)
  - Controlling internal specifications, visual inspection samples, and product evaluation standards according to customer criteria
  - Maintaining communication channels between the factory and customers: quality meetings with customers, responding to customer audits, visiting and exchanging information with customers, handling and reporting on received complaints
  - Controlling measuring equipment
  - Setting and controlling departmental/team KPIs based on job functions
  - Developing departmental strategies aligned with the company's business operations
  - Proposing improvements and rationalizing personnel and budget to contribute to the company's business results
