  【Job Summary】
  A prestigious Japanese manufacturing company located in Hanoi is currently seeking a motivated QA Staff member to join their growing team. You will play a key role in bridge-communication within the team while ensuring the factory's output meets strict quality requirements.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Assist the QA Manager in daily quality assurance operations and department management.
  -Handle and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints effectively.
  -Create, update, and maintain standard quality documents and operation manuals.
  -Manage and maintain ISO quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
  -Monitor and audit production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  -Analyze quality data and prepare regular reports for the management team.
  -Facilitate communication between Japanese management and Vietnamese staff regarding quality matters.
  -Train and guide junior factory staff on quality control procedures.
  -Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects to enhance factory efficiency.
  -Other related tasks.
