  We are looking for a sub manager in production department.

  - Support the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations.
  - Assist in managing production schedules and monitoring progress to ensure targets are achieved.
  - Support quality control activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  - Monitor production performance and help identify areas for operational improvement.
  - Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace safety standards and procedures.
  - Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production processes.
  - Collect, analyze, and report production data and departmental activities.
  - Support capacity planning and production efficiency improvement activities.
  - Follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to production and quality issues.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
