【Job Summary】
We are seeking an Expert Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying and recruiting suitable experts for projects requested by Japan-based clients. The role involves searching for and identifying experts using tools such as LinkedIn and following up to onboard them into our network.
Project requests will be coordinated by project managers based in Tokyo. Direct communication with clients is not expected. However, the role requires frequent communication with experts and potential candidates, mainly in Japanese and primarily text-based.

- Source and identify experts through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Approach and communicate with experts to onboard them into the company’s network
- Coordinate internally with Tokyo-based project managers
- Handle Japanese-language written communication with experts
- Other tasks assigned by the JP manager.

任职资格
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree
- Fresher is welcome
- Japanese: N2 advanced level(Must reading and writing skills)
- Who can proactively strive to achieve results while engaging in friendly competition with others in a high-level competitive environment
- Individuals who consistently achieve outstanding results, such as ranking within the top X% in their current position (for experienced candidates)
OR Individuals with notable achievements in fields such as academics, sports, or the arts (for inexperienced candidates)
‐ Must be able to communicate verbally within the team
- Can do multi tasks very speedy

- Having experience working as a recruiter or researcher in a competitive environment
- Experience working with Japanese companies.
- Having more than 3 years working as Expert Recruiter.
- English:Upper Intermediate level.
