  <Job summary>
  This position has 2 options. About that, the company will choose after the interview, depending on your skills and demand.
  1. Production Control / Production Management(Experience in cross-department production management, not production planning)
  2. Cost Control / Cost Accounting (Quotation & Cost Estimation)
  
  <Detail>
  ① Production Control / Production Management
  - Coordinate production progress across multiple departments such as manufacturing, purchasing, quality, warehouse, and sales.
  - Monitor production status and handle issues such as delays, material shortages, and quality problems by working closely with related teams.
  - Collect, analyze, and report production data (progress, capacity, inventory, yield, etc.) to management.
  - Communicate with Japanese headquarters and customers regarding production status and adjustments.
  - Identify issues in production flow and information sharing, and promote process improvement and standardization.
  - Other tasks from the manager.
  
  ② Cost Control / Cost Accounting
  - Calculate and manage product and process costs, and analyze cost structures.
  - Prepare cost estimates and quotations for new and mass production projects, including materials, processing, outsourcing, and overhead costs.
  - Analyze differences between estimated costs and actual costs, and propose cost reduction measures.
  - Update costs based on material price changes, outsourcing costs, and exchange rate fluctuations.
  - Work with headquarters, sales, and production teams to support pricing decisions and cost control rules.
  - Other tasks from the manager.
