【Job Summary】
- Responsible for build and operate a professional recruitment system
【Job description】
1. Recruitment Strategy & Implementation
- Take full responsibility for the company's entire recruitment function, covering Back Office (BO), Hubs, Line-haul, Warehousing, and Network operations.
- Receive, analyze, and collaborate with departments to assess and validate hiring needs.
2. Large-scale Recruitment Management (Mass Hiring)
- Organize and execute high-volume (mass) recruitment campaigns within tight deadlines to support business expansion.
- Coordinate and manage regional recruitment teams at HUBs/Regions to ensure localized hiring efficiency.
- Manage and optimize all recruitment communication channels and social media platforms.
3. Vendor & Partner Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR service providers, including Headhunters and Mass Hiring agencies.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance and ROI (Return on Investment) of external HR partners.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and provide professional training for the recruitment team.
- Delegate tasks, manage workflow, and oversee work progress to ensure KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and talent development for the department.

资格
应征条件
<MUST>
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Mandatory Chinese (HSK 5 or above) must be professionally fluent in both verbal and written communication to work directly with the Board of Directors.
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in the recruitment/talent acquisition field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role at an equivalent level (Recruitment Director, Head of Talent Acquisition, or Senior Recruitment Manager).
- Proven track record in building recruitment strategies for large-scale organizations.
- Strong network and ability to handle high-level headhunting for C-suite positions.
