  【Job Summary】
  - CDD will be in charge of the QA/QC Manager (Mechanical) task
  
  【Job description】
  - Main products: processed components, metal products, electronic materials, chemicals, industrial machine parts
  - Support customer/supplier audits
  - Implement new products
  - Conduct periodic supplier inspections (quality guidance, improvement, and monitoring)
  - Manage, operate, and promote ISO 9001 & 14001 system activities
  - Responsible for ISO and external customer audits
  - Standardize work processes, develop operational procedures, implement and control organizational activities to minimize risks; improve operational processes
  - Conduct market research, analyze competitors’ products, collect and process product and pricing information internally and externally to propose product improvements
  - Introduce new technologies to propose solutions for product design and quality improvement
  - Coordinate with departments to develop and implement regulations and operational procedures
  - Understand customer quality standards, especially US and Japanese clients
  - Implement preventive measures to avoid quality issues in early production stages
  - Conduct quality inspections at each stage of mass production
  - Handle quality issues and customer complaints, investigate root causes of defects
  - Develop corrective plans and monitor progress after issues are identified
  - Communicate with customers on related matters
