  We are a foreign-invested manufacturing company located in an industrial park in Đồng Nai Province, producing precision mechanical components for global markets.

  【Responsible】
  As a Production Line Staff member, you will work directly on our manufacturing lines, ensuring products meet quality specifications and production targets. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  
  【Job detail】
  -Management and improvement of production and quality in the manufacturing site
  -Preparation for resin molding and operation of molding machines
  -Maintenance of molds
  -Creation and updating of work instructions, as well as training and guidance
  -Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating with equipment manufacturers for repairs
  -Proposing productivity improvements and implementing them in collaboration with equipment manufacturers
  -Investigating the root causes of defects occurring on the production floor and formulating countermeasures
  -Investigating customer complaints and developing corrective actions
  -Working with suppliers to investigate and resolve defects in purchased components
