    <Jon Summary>
    You will be working as a pattern maker, creating apparel patterns using CAD software and supporting local production with technical design, primarily for knit innerwear garments.

    <Job Detail>
    - Develop accurate garment patterns for men's innerwear based on technical packs provided by the Japan headquarters
    - Collaborate with the sewing, cutting, and production teams to ensure quality and manufacturability
    - Support the creation of internal technical standards and workflows within the Vietnam factory
    - Utilize CAD software (experience with Toray “Creacombo” preferred) for digital pattern making and adjustments
    - Participate in product development meetings and liaise with Japan-side teams through interpreters if needed
    - Provide training or guidance to local staff as the internal design capacity grows
    - Other tasks from the manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Japanese: N3 or higher (internal communication and sales coordination)
    - At least 3 years of experience using CAD systems, and interested in a pattern designer position in the apparel industry.
    - Can go on domestic and occasional business trips to Japan

    【Prefer】
    - At least 3 years of experience as a pattern designer in the apparel industry
    - Experience with sewing techniques and CAD systems (e.g., TORAY ACS CREACOMPO)
    - More than 3 years of experience as a pattern maker for knit innerwear
    - Experience using the TORAY ACS CREACOMPO system
    - Willingness to travel to Japan for business trips
    * After hiring, training will primarily be conducted by Japanese staff visiting Vietnam. However, there is also a possibility of business trips to Japan.
