【Job Summary】
- Responsible for managing projects, upgrading equipment, improving infrastructure, and supporting factory expansion and production line installation.
【Main responsibilities】
- Participate in research, management, and supervision of all departmental projects.
- Improve and upgrade production equipment in the factory.
- Perform repairs and improvements to workshops, and infrastructure, and address improvement requests from other departments (Kaizen).
- Plan and implement factory construction, expansion, and installation of additional production lines for expansion.

任职资格
<Must>
- University Degree (Engineer/Bachelor) – with Major in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Project
- Solid knowledge and experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Good English communication skills and self-management abilities
- From 1 year of working experience related to Project Development
