【Job Summary】
- Responsible for SAP System Support activities
【Job Summary】
1. SAP Level 1 System Support
- Provide day-to-day systems full support to SAP modules SD/MM/FI/CO: Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Controlling
- Support BU with the analysis, planning, and implementation of business process improvements and supporting the resolution of day-to-day user operational issues
- Liaise with external vendors to deploy new customized reports & integration based on business requirements
- Handle SAP Request tickets and assist in resolving/replying to users
- Prepare documents and support end users on new & updated functionality
- Prepare and update training materials for end users
2. Other
- Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

资格
应征条件
< MUST>
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related IT fields
- Having 2-3 years experience in SAP support job (preferably MM/SD or Logistics area), S/4 HANA
- 1 year+ experience in participating in SAP implementation/roll-out projects
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good English communication skills
< PREFER >
- Knowledge of business consulting (e.g., Supply Chain Management/Logistics) is an advantage英文
