  - Responsible for Im&Ex staff activities
  
  【Job description】(details)
  - Make & check import and export documents.
  - Check item code, H/S code, C/O.
  - Prepare documents to apply for import export license if needed.
  - Following the Purchasing & Sale plan to repair the documents: Invoice, Packing list, C/O, Contract, Payment…
  - Contact supplier & customer for import export documents.
  - Contact and coordinate with Forwarder for making customs clearance, delivery docs, the shipping schedules, ensure to keep up with the schedule.
  - Supervise the delivery & receive of goods.
  - Inform the concerned department about the shipment schedule.
  - Maintain production norm register with customs, register import part list, and make balance report with the customs office.
  - To manage and fill purchasing, import/export documents
  - To do the job related to importing and exporting documents.
  - Other jobs upon request from Manager
  - Have knowledge and update new custom laws.
