    ■Test Specification Design
    - Perform test analysis, design, execution of Web services, Smartphone/Enterprise applications which are targeted for consumers
    - Create the optimal test cases and minimize the quality risk basing on the understanding of background information of customers
    - All information from customers such as business operations or services, development system or style, budget or test plan

    ■Detailed Job Description
    - Work with Japan customers to understand project requirements.
    - Analyse project requirements, design optimal test cases follow SHIFT Japan’s methodologies.
    - Assign tasks, support and manage team members
    - Review output of team members.
    - Project progress reporting, issues discussing, schedule adjusting directly with customers
    - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Excellent at Japanese (equivalent N2 level), good at English
    - 5 years experiences working in Japanese projects as QA/QC, Tester, Developer, Project Manager, BrSE...positions
    - Have high management and people skills such as planning, reporting, problem solving, negotiation, leadership...
