    - Responsible for supporting Japanese Factory Manager (Employees: about 50)
    - You can choose start from Assistant of Factory Manager or Vice Factory Manager
    - Interpret in the factory (VN-JP)
    - Ensure products are manufactured on time and according to customer quality requirements to ensure the customer delivery schedule is met
    - Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and visitors
    - Managing the human resources of factory workers, and from time to time, making adjustments according to production needs.
    - Managing the planning, production reports and the coordination between the purchasing department to the warehouse and production teams.
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Factory Manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    1. 5 years working experience as Production Manager or related in Japanese company
    2. Japanese: N2 Intermediate AND English: Intermediate
    3. Willing to learn new things, have a motivated to change the company
