    -Manage maintenance team and prevent error
    ※ Subordinates is around 40-50

    <JOB DESCRIPTION>
    - Improve Maintenance operation
    - Training staff related to technical and process
    - Create Maintenance plan for daily, weekly, Monthly
    - Create reports for internal
    - Inventory management of parts

资格

  • 应征条件

    <MUST>
    - Knowledge of rolling mill operations and related equipment.
    - At least 3 years of Maintenance management experience in CRM (Cold Rolling Mill)
    - English intermediate

    <Prefer>
    - Experience of PPPL (Push-Pull Pickling Line), ARP (Acid Recycle Plant) processing
    - Experience with 5S, KAIZEN and/ or continuous improvement practices ideal.
    - Knowledge on ISO 9001 / 14001.
    - Strong and strictly in solving problem.
    - Japanese speaker (more than N3)
