    - Responsible for MAINTAINING equipment safely in building such as office and residence
    - Heading customer and repairing the equipment (electricity, plumbing, HVAC) requested to solve any problem around equipment
    - Checking the situation of building regularly
    - Reporting the progress and problems (if any) to chief engineer
    - Making report for what you check in detail
    - Communicating with staffs and proposing plans to make positive influence between inside and outside of the companies
